Hi, my name is Jerome, and I’d like to share my background and experience, especially in relation to e-commerce and Shopify. I have over 4 years of experience working in the BPO industry, and one of the most impactful roles I had was as a Shopify Merchant Support Advisor. In that role, I helped store owners across different industries with various aspects of their business, from setting up their online stores, managing domains, and customizing themes, to handling payment gateways, analyzing store performance, and troubleshooting CSV files. One of my key achievements was consistently exceeding client expectations. I received recognition and incentives for delivering high-quality support and helping merchants understand their analytics to make better business decisions. I also contributed to my team’s success by helping us meet and exceed our monthly scorecards. I’m very familiar with the structure of high-performing Shopify ads, and I understand how important the customer journey is from the hook, to the visuals, to overcoming objections and highlighting product benefits. I consider myself a game changer in any team. I’m proactive, detail-oriented, and I really care about the results. Whether it’s solving a technical issue or improving a process, I’m always looking for ways to help both the client and the company succeed.
