I have a extensive ecommerce experience with online store management on different platforms -- Amazon, Ebay, Shopify, FB Marketplace Etsy Mercari. As ecommerce VA, part of my task is providing customer support to our buyers via chat and email and chat --answering product related inquiries, customer complaints, order tracking, fulfillment and cancellation or replacement requests, product research and listing, communication to suppliers and some social media management, creating promotional banners, content posting, prepare marketing ads.
